About the Event

Give your child the chance to build their confidence, bolster their creativity, sharpen critical thinking skills, and practice positive communication all while laughing and having fun! In this week long summer camp, kids will learn the basics of improv through improv games, scene work, character development, and exploring the concept of "Yes, And." Each day we will delve into a different aspect of improv, working both to develop individual skills, as well as strengthen our work together as an ensemble. This camp is structured to support middle school-aged children. For this age group in particular, improv gives kids the opportunity to express themselves, find their unique voice, and communicate and work together in a positive and mutually supportive way, all while having a ton of fun!
